Στο διαδίκτυο διέρρευσε video που δείχνει μία ομάδα Ισραηλινών στρατιωτών να επιδίδονται σε… χορευτικές φιγούρες στους ήχους του γνωστού τραγουδιού Tik Tok της Αμερικανίδας τραγουδίστριας Kesha.Οι στρατιώτες εκείνη την ώρα έκαναν περιπολία στους άδειους δρόμους της πόλης της Χεβρώνας στη Δυτική Όχθη.-

Επειδή τα τηλεοπτικά κανάλια το έχουν ρίξει στις επαναλήψεις, λόγω καλοκαιριού, η καλύτερη πρόταση, που συνοδεύεται από πίτσα και μπίρα, είναι το σίριαλ της Βουλής. Ξαφνικά, όλοι έπεσαν από τα σύννεφα και έμειναν έκπληκτοι μπροστά στις αποκαλύψεις τόσο του Θ. Πάγκαλου όσο και της ΝΔ για τις προσλήψεις.Αυτό που επί χρόνια συζητείται στα καφενεία και τους δρόμους για τις προσλήψεις φίλων και συγγενών στο Δημόσιο, σήμερα, εν μέσω ψήφισης του πιο σκληρού ασφαλιστικού νομοσχεδίου στην ιστορία της χώρας, αποτελεί «αποκάλυψη» βόμβα και «ασκό του Αιόλου». Ο βουλευτής της ΝΔ, Μιχάλης Χαλκίδης, καταθέτει ερώτηση με την οποία ζητά να γνωστοποιηθούν τα ονόματα όλων των υπαλλήλων της Βουλής, αλλά και η σχέση τους με βουλευτές, στελέχη και υπουργούς. Σε άλλη περίπτωση, θα ανέμενε κανείς με μεγάλη αγωνία την απάντηση, αλλά τα στοιχεία δείχνουν ότι οι προσλήψεις των «δικών μας παιδιών» -στην κυριολεξία- έχουν ξεκινήσει εδώ και πολλές δεκαετίες. Δεν πέρασε μήνας από τότε που στον «Κίτρινο Τύπο» είχε αποκαλυφθεί ότι στο μουσείο της Ακρόπολης το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των υπαλλήλων κατάγεται από την εκλογική περιφέρεια του υπουργού Πολιτισμού και νυν αρχηγού της αντιπολίτευσης, Αντώνη Σαμαρά. -
** Για τον ίδιο λόγο με τον Αντώνη Σαμαρά είχε «κατηγορηθεί» και η υφυπουργός Εσωτερικών, Θεοδώρα Τζάκρη. Για προσλήψεις συμπατριωτών και πολιτικών της φίλων δηλαδή. Απάντηση σε όλους εκείνους τους βουλευτές που σήμερα κόπτονται για τα ρουσφέτια έχει δώσει, εδώ και καιρό, η δικηγόρος Γεωργία Γρηγοροπούλου-Μουγιακού, η οποία είχε αποστείλει εξώδικο προς τη Βουλή σχετικά με τις προσλήψεις 232 υπαλλήλων. Στον πίνακα που ακολουθεί, φαίνεται με ποιων τις υπογραφές ή τις… συστάσεις προσελήφθησαν.-
** Το εξώδικο εστάλη τον Μάρτιο του 2010, αλλά, έως σήμερα, δεν έχει γίνει τίποτα. «Το έκανα γιατί είχα αγανακτήσει», λέει στη zougla.gr η κ. Γρηγοροπούλου-Μαγιάκου.-
** Κανένας από τους βουλευτές δε φαίνεται να αγανάκτησε, ούτε όταν βγήκε στη δημοσιότητα η λίστα με τους 232 υπαλλήλους-φίλους της Βουλής, ούτε όταν επί χρόνια στις τηλεοπτικές του εκπομπές ο Μ. Τριανταφυλλόπουλος αποκάλυπτε τις ρουσφετολογικές προσλήψεις των «κολλητών» στο Δημόσιο. Μερικές χαρακτηριστικές περιπτώσεις που αποκαλύφθηκαν σε εκείνες τις εκπομπές είναι οι ακόλουθες: 1. Χ. Μαρκογιαννάκης: Ο συμπέθερός του διορίστηκε διοικητής του νοσοκομείου Χανίων επί Κακλαμάνη και η θητεία του ανανεώθηκε από τον Δημήτρη Αβραμόπουλο. 2. Ν. Κεφαλογιάννης: Πρώτος εξάδελφός του διορίστηκε διοικητής υγειονομικής περιφέρειας Κρήτης το 2004. 3. Ι. Χωματάς: Η κόρη του διορίστηκε υποδιοικήτρια του μαιευτηρίου «Έλενα» στα 29 της και στα 32 της ανέλαβε τη διοίκηση. Αυτές είναι λίγες από τις χαρακτηριστικές περιπτώσεις των συγγενών που διορίστηκαν στο Δημόσιο και δεν εξέπληξαν κανέναν, όταν ήρθαν στο φως της δημοσιότητας. Αυτές τις ημέρες φαίνεται ότι η καλή νεράιδα ακούμπησε με το μαγικό ραβδάκι της ευαισθησίας τους βουλευτές και όλοι άρχισαν να αποκαλύπτουν. Και εισαγγελείς για τους διορισμούς Μεγάλη έρευνα για παράνομες προσλήψεις επί ΝΔ σε δημόσιους οργανισμούς ξεκινούν τρεις εισαγγελείς. Η πρώτη αφορά την εταιρεία «ΑΓΡΟΚΤΗΜΑ Α.Ε», ύστερα από πόρισμα του Σώματος Επιθεωρητών Ελεγκτών Δημόσιας Διοίκησης, που απέστειλε στην Εισαγγελία ο υπουργός Πολιτισμού και Τουρισμού, Παύλος Γερουλάνος. Στο πόρισμα διαπιστώνεται σειρά παράνομων ενεργειών μεταξύ των οποίων προσλήψεις με αδιαφανή τρόπο, χωρίς προκήρυξη θέσεων και πρόσκληση ενδιαφέροντος. Προκαταρκτική εξέταση διατάχθηκε, επίσης, και για τις προσλήψεις στην εταιρεία «ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΟ Α.Ε», στην οποία, σύμφωνα με την έκθεση του επιθεωρητή Δημόσιας Διοίκησης, Λέανδρου Ρακιντζή, προσελήφθησαν 139 άτομα, από το Μάρτιο του 2007 έως τον Οκτώβριο του 2009, ενώ προεκλογικά, μόνο μέσα σε μία εβδομάδα, από τις 29 Αυγούστου έως τις 3 Σεπτεμβρίου του 2009, έγιναν 39 προσλήψεις. Εισαγγελική έρευνα ξεκίνησε και για τις προσλήψεις που έγιναν στον Ελληνικό Οργανισμό Εξωτερικού Εμπορίου, όπου, προεκλογικά, στις 22 Σεπτεμβρίου του 2009 προσελήφθησαν 25 άτομα. Από την έρευνα που θα διενεργήσουν οι εισαγγελείς, θα διαπιστώσουν αν έχουν διαπραχθεί και από ποιους αξιόποινες πράξεις, όπως απιστία, παράβαση καθήκοντος κλπ.-
****Σλοβενία: «Ναι» στην οικονομική στήριξη της Ελλάδας

Το σλοβενικό κοινοβούλιο επικύρωσε σήμερα το ευρωπαϊκό σχέδιο οικονομικής βοήθειας προς την Ελλάδα, παρά τους φόβους ότι θα επιβαρυνθούν πολύ τα δημόσια οικονομικά της χώρας. Το ευρωπαϊκό σχέδιο επικυρώθηκε με 47 ψήφους υπέρ και 34 κατά, μετέδωσε το σλοβενικό πρακτορείο STA.Η προηγούμενη κεντροαριστερή κυβέρνηση της Σλοβακίας είχε εγκρίνει από τον Μάιο το σχέδιο οικονομικής βοήθειας προς την Ελλάδα αλλά έπρεπε να εγκριθεί και από το κοινοβούλιο.Στη διάρκεια της συνεδρίασης πολλοί ήταν οι βουλευτές που εξέφρασαν ανησυχία για την ικανότητα της Αθήνας να αποπληρώσει τα χρέη της, σύμφωνα με το STA.Η Σλοβακία, μικρή χώρα με δύο εκατομμύρια κατοίκους, θα πρέπει να συνεισφέρει μαζί με τις άλλες χώρες του ευρώ 378,7 εκατ. ευρώ για το πλάνο σωτηρίας εκ των οποίων τα 133 ,3 εκατ. ευρώ θα πρέπει να καταβληθούν αυτό το χρόνο.-

**** Το νέο πλαίσιο για τις εκλογικές δαπάνες

Σε διαβούλευση τίθεται το σχέδιο νόμου για τις εκλογικές δαπάνες ενόψει των προσεχών εκλογών στις 7 Νοεμβρίου για την ανάδειξη δημάρχων και περιφερειαρχών.Το προσχέδιο νόμου θα κατατεθεί στη Βουλή την Τετάρτη, προκειμένου να συζητηθεί στην αρμόδια Διαρκή Επιτροπή.Στο σχέδιο νόμου προβλέπονται, μεταξύ άλλων, τα εξής:
Η χρηματοδότηση θα γίνεται μόνο μέσω τραπεζικών λογαριασμών ενώ καταργούνται τα κουπόνια
Οι υποψήφιοι, εκτός από τους επικεφαλής των συνδυασμών και τους άμεσα αιρετούς αντιπεριφερειάρχες, έχουν δικαίωμα συγκεκριμένου αριθμού εμφανίσεων σε ραδιοφωνικούς και τηλεοπτικούς σταθμούς εθνικής, περιφερειακής ή τοπικής εμβέλειας.
Τυχόν υπέρβαση των ορίων εφόσον αποδειχθεί ότι έγινε με οικονομικό αντάλλαγμα, επισείει την ποινή της έκπτωσης από το αξίωμα.
Αναπροσαρμόζονται προς τα κάτω το ύψος των επιτρεπόμενων εκλογικών δαπανών.
Συνδυασμοί που είναι υποψήφιοι σε δήμους άνω των 10.000 κατοίκων, υποχρεώνονται να αναρτούν σε κεντρική βάση δεδομένων του υπουργείου Εσωτερικών όλα τα έσοδα και τις δαπάνες τους συμπεριλαμβανομένων και των υποψηφίων τους επισυνάπτοντας τα αντίστοιχα παραστατικά.Διαβάστε τα βασικά σημεία του σχεδίου του υπουργείου Εσωτερικών
****Νεκρός ποδηλάτης στα Χανιά

Την τελευταία του πνοή στην άσφαλτο άφησε άνδρας ηλικίας 47 χρονών όταν παρασύρθηκε από Ι.Χ. αυτοκίνητο το οποίο οδηγούσε νεαρή γυναίκα. Το τραγικό συμβάν συνέβη στα Χανιά. Ο άτυχος άνδρας που κινείτο με ποδήλατο συγκρούστηκε με διερχόμενο αυτοκίνητο, πέφτοντας πρώτα στο καπό και στη συνέχεια στο παρμπρίζ του. Αν και στο σημείο έφτασε άμεσα ασθενοφόρο, ο 47χρονος είχε χάσει τη ζωή του. Σύμφωνα με τον γιατρό του ΕΚΑΒ ο θάνατος προήλθε από βαριές κρανιοεγκεφαλικές κακώσεις. Η Τροχαία διενεργεί προανάκριση για τα ακριβή αίτια του δυστυχήματος. -
****Έστειλε συλλυπητήρια η ΕΠΟ

Ανακοίνωση με την οποία εκφράζει τα συλλυπητήριά της προς την οικογένεια του Αλέκου Σοφιανίδη, ο οποίος απεβίωσε εξέδωσε η Ελληνική Ποδοσφαιρική Ομοσπονδία. Η ανακοίνωση της ΕΠΟ:«Η Ελληνική Ποδοσφαιρική Ομοσπονδία εκφράζει τα συλλυπητήριά της στους συγγενείς και οικείους του Αλέκου Σοφιανίδη, ο οποίος απεβίωσε σήμερα. Ο εκλιπών υπήρξε επιφανές μέλος της ποδοσφαιρικής οικογένειας στην εποχή του ως παίκτης και αργότερα ως προπονητής της Εθνικής Ανδρών». -
****«Έφυγε» ο Αλέκος Σοφιανίδης

Φτωχότερο είναι από σήμερα το ελληνικό ποδόσφαιρο. Ο Αλέκος Σοφιανίδης, μετά από πολύχρονη μάχη με ανίατη νόσο, έφυγε από τη ζωή σε ηλικία 73 ετών.Ο εκλιπών αγωνίστηκε στην ΑΕΚ, μετρώντας 274 συμμετοχές και 12 γκολ, ενώ χρίστηκε εφτά φορές διεθνής.Ο Σοφιανίδης γεννήθηκε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη στις 3 Αυγούστου του 1937 και πριν αγωνιστεί στην Ένωση, φόρεσε τη φανέλα της τουρκικής Μπεσίκτας.Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι υπήρξε ομοσπονδιακός προπονητής επί σειρά ετών. Αρχικά πέρασε από διάφορες «μικρές» Εθνικές ομάδες, ενώ από το Νοέμβριο του 1988 ως τον Μάρτιο του 1989, αντικατέστησε τον Μίλτο Παπαποστόλου στο αντιπροσωπευτικό συγκρότημα των Ανδρών.-
****«Σφήνα» ΠΑΟ για Νενέ;

Εντούτοις, σύμφωνα με γαλλικά ΜΜΕ, ο Παναθηναϊκός ενδεχομένως να χαλάσει τα σχέδια του αιώνιου αντιπάλου του.Σύμφωνα με τη «Le Parisien», οι «πράσινοι» φέρεται πως έχουν μπει «σφήνα» για την απόκτηση του Γάλλου αριστερού εξτρέμ, σε περίπτωση που αποχωρήσει ο Σεμπάστιαν Λέτο για την Μπενφίκα.Όπως αναφέρει η γαλλική εφημερίδα, το «τριφύλλι» φέρεται διατεθειμένο να καταθέσει πρόταση στους Μονεγάσκους πέντε εκατ. ευρώ, ποσό που ζητάει η ομάδα του Πριγκιπάτου για την παραχώρηση του 28χρονο άσου.-

Σύσκεψη για τα μεταγγραφικά ζητήματα του Παναθηναϊκού διεξήχθη στα γραφεία της ΠΑΕ Παναθηναϊκός. Επί τρεις ώρες οι Δημήτρης Γόντικας, Κάρλος Φρέιτας και Νίκος Νιόπλιας έβαλαν κάτω τα ζητήματα και έδωσαν έμφαση στο ζήτημα του κεντρικού αμυντικού με το… ναυάγιο με τον Μαρσέλο Μπορντόν, ο οποίος θα συνεχίσει την καριέρα του στο Κατάρ. Πλέον, σε πρώτο πλάνο μπαίνουν οι περιπτώσεις του Βραζιλιάνου, Κρις και του Γάλλου Μπουμσόνγκ από τη Λιόν, ενώ στα υπόψιν είναι και οι περιπτώσεις του Μεξικάνου Μάρκες της Μπαρτσελόνα, του Γάλλου Σιλβέστρ από την Άρσεναλ, του Ισπανού Μαρτσένα από τη Βαλένθια, όπως και των Νούνες, Ράμις της Μαγιόρκα. Εν τω μεταξύ, δημοσιεύματα από τη Γαλλία στέλνουν στους «πράσινους» τον Κιμ Κάλστρομ της Λίον και τον Ντάνι Φερνάντες. Η «Parisien» αναφέρει για τον Σουηδό μέσο ότι: «σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες οι πιο πιθανοί προορισμοί είναι η Γαλατασαράι και ο Παναθηναϊκός». Πάντως, κυρίαρχο ζήτημα για τους «πράσινους» είναι και η αποδέσμευση συμβολαίων των παικτών. Οι «πράσινοι» θέλουν να απαλλαγούν από τα συμβόλαια των Μάντζιου, Μόρις, Μελίσση, Δημούτσου, Λεοντίου, Μπουτζίκο, ενώ έχουν ενημερωθεί πως δεν υπολογίζονται τόσο ο Γκάμπριελ, όσο και ο Ρουκάβινα. -

Μια παροιμία λέει πως ο σκύλος είναι ο καλύτερος φίλος του ανθρώπου...Ένας σκύλος στη Ρωσία το αποδεικνύει με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.Ακολουθεί τον ιδιοκτήτη του ακόμα και όταν εκείνος κάνει καταδύσεις. Ο σκύλος- δύτης έχει μάλιστα και τη δική του στολή καταδύσεων.-

Θέμα: Οι αλχημείες για τον Λαθρονόμο και τους Λαθροψηφοφόρο
Οι αλχημείες για τον Λαθρονόμο και τους Λαθροψηφοφόρους του πατριώτη των λόγων, κ Σαμαρά 05-07-2010Ο αρχηγός της Νέας Δημοκρατίας κ. Σαμαράς, σε εκδήλωση που διοργανώθηκε από τη Γραμματεία Μεταναστευτικής Πολιτικής του κόμματος του, με θέμα «Μετανάστευση: Ελληνική πραγματικότητα και Ευρωπαϊκή εμπειρία», είπε στους οπαδούς του: «Είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι αυτό το Νόμο να τον αλλάξουμε όταν θα αναλάβει η Νέα Δημοκρατία τη διακυβέρνηση της χώρας. Και δεσμευόμαστε από τώρα γι’ αυτό».Ο Αντώνης Σαμαράς και η Νέα Δημοκρατία παραδομένοι στην εσωστρέφεια, αλλά και στην ατολμία για αποφασιστικές ρήξεις με το πολιτικό σύστημα το όποιο καταφανώς υπηρετούν παρά τους φραστικούς αντιπολιτευτικούς αστερίσκους, επιχειρούν με ανέξοδες υποσχέσεις που δεν αμφισβητούν στην πράξη τα τετελεσμένα, να αποπροσανατολίσουν το λαό και τους ψηφοφόρους τους, με απώτερο στόχο την καθήλωση των λαϊκών αντιστάσεων απέναντι στον εκφασισμό της πολιτικής, και της καθημερινότητά μας, από την παγκόσμια Διακυβέρνηση. Πιό συγκεκριμένα:Ονομάζει «μεταναστευτικό νόμο», τον αντισυνταγματικό λαθρονόμο, και υπόσχεται ότι κάποτε θα τον «αλλάξει», αλλά δεν λέει τίποτα για την διαγραφή των λαθροψηφοφόρων από τους εκλογικούς καταλόγους ,ούτε για την διαγραφή των παιδιών τους από τα ληξιαρχεία.Αποδέχεται δηλαδή τα τετελεσμένα, επιδιώκοντας την «ομαλή και σταδιακή» ενσωμάτωση», χωρίς να πει λέξη μέσα για την αλλοίωση τού εκλογικού σώματος με τήν αθρόα πολιτογράφηση λαθραίων μεταναστώνΤαυτόχρονα, ο πατριώτης των λόγων, επιβεβαίωσε την «αντιρατσιστική» Λαθρο-κοινοπραξία Πασοκ-ΝΔ , αφού βλέπει και αυτός κινδύνους ρατσισμού.Κάνοντας «κριτική» στην κυβέρνηση είπε: «Όσοι πραγματικά βλέπουν τον κίνδυνο του ρατσισμού, όσοι πραγματικά θέλουν να αντισταθούν στο ρατσισμό, κατανοούν απόλυτα τη σημασία της ομαλής και σταδιακής ενσωμάτωσης».Σημειώνουμε, ότι η εργατική πρωθυπουργός της Αυστραλίας πρόσφατα δήλωσε ότι όποιος ζητάει μέτρα κατά της λαθρομετανάστευσης δεν είναι ρατσιστής.Ο Ελληνικός λαός απορρίπτει την ύβρη του «ρατσιστή» και του «ξενόφοβου» που του προσάπτουν από τα βολεμένα εξαπτέρυγα του ξενόδουλου κομματισμού, που εργάζεται για την οικονομική και εθνική του εξόντωση.Ο κ. Σαμαράς, για να θολώσει τα νερά, μίλησε και για «τα παιδιά νόμιμων μεταναστών που γεννιούνται εδώ», ενώ για αυτά δεν υπάρχει κανένα ζήτημα.Για τα παιδιά των νομιμοποιημένων τίθεται το θέμα.Ο κ. Σαμαράς, με βάση τα πεπραγμένα Παυλόπουλου , θα έπρεπε να μιλήσει, για τον αναδρομικό έλεγχο της νομιμότητας των «χαρτιών» με τα οποία νομικοποιήθηκαν οι Λάθρο, με διαδοχικούς νόμους των κυβερνήσεων ΠΑΣΟΚ-ΝΔ από το 1996 και μετά.Ο κ. Σαμαράς μίλησε και για «μεταναστευτική της πολιτική», που συνίσταται στον έλεγχο της «μαζικής εισόδου παράνομων μεταναστών», αποδεχόμενος τον συντονιστικό ρόλο της Μαφίας και των εργολάβων. Όπως και παλαιότερα.Μεταναστευτική πολιτική, σημαίνει διακρατικές συμφωνίες με τις χώρες καταγωγής και συμβόλαια με τον εργοδότη που τους προσκαλεί, ώστε να προστατεύονται τα δικαιώματα των μεταναστών.Η Επιτροπή Εθνικής Σωτηρίας ,καλεί τον αρχηγό της Νέας Δημοκρατίας να αφήσει τις αλχημείες στην άκρη, να ακούσει την φωνή των πολιτών, και να συστρατευθεί στο μέτωπο ανατροπής και ακύρωσης των τετελεσμένων της Παγκόσμιας Διακυβέρνησης.Ο Ελληνικός Λαός δεν έχει την πολυτέλεια να αναμένει τον κ. ****Απαξίωση όλων των πολιτικών με τα ρουσφέτια και τα βολέματα των παιδιών τους
Τι ρεζιλίκι ήταν αυτό που πέρασαν χθες οι πολιτικοί μας; Να δημοσιοποιούνται ένα ένα τα ονόματα των υπουργών που και των βουλευτών που διόρισαν τα παιδιά και τους συγγενείς τους στο δημόσιο. Δεν πρέπει να έχει προηγούμενο τέτοιο ρεζιλίκι γιατί άλλο να το ξέρεις και άλλο να ...το βλέπεις. Και ο Σωτήρης Χατζηγάκης πιέστηκε από την Ν.Δ. να βγει να απαντήσει μόνος έτσι όπως τα έκανε με την ΑΓΡΟΓΗ και τα ρουσφέτια. Ποιος να έβγαινε δηλαδή, ο Γιώργος Σουφλιάς;Και από τα δύο κόμματα το ρουσφέτι πήγε σύννεφο και στην πλάτη όλων μας που τους πληρώναμε. Ε, όχι κ.Χατζηγάκη να μας λέτε για τα παιδιά των 800 ευρώ που απολύονται. Λυπούμαστε αλλά παρότι είναι ικανά παιδιά τα εκθέσατε και κανείς δεν στενοχωριέται.-
****Μπορεί η υπόθεση του Βασίλη Σπανούλη να μονοπωλεί το ενδιαφέρον σε επίπεδο μεταγραφικών εξελίξεων, αλλά ένας εξίσου ελκυστικός στόχος παρουσιάζεται ιδιαίτερα διστακτικός ως προς το επόμενο επαγγελματικό του βήμα. Ο λόγος φυσικά για τον μέχρι πρότινος (;) σέντερ του Ολυμπιακού, Σοφοκλή Σχορτσανίτη.

**Όποιος έχει την ψευδαίσθηση ότι η αγωνιστική ανάταση του big Sofo οφείλεται αποκλειστικά σε προπονητικές νουθεσίες, προσωπικές φιλοδοξίες και σε ενδεχόμενη κρίση ταυτότητας πλανάται οικτρά. Ο Σοφοκλής είναι ένας ερωτοχτυπημένος αρκούδος άντρας, που για χάρη της συντρόφου του δέχθηκε να αλλάξει ρότα και να συμμορφωθεί ποικιλοτρόπως. Τέρμα οι νυχτερινές έξοδοι μέχρι εξάντλησης, περιορισμένη χρήση του τηλεφώνου για παραγγελιές λιχουδιών και κυρίως ουσιαστική επανένταξη στο επαγγελματικό του πρόγραμμα. Αξίζει να αναφερθεί ότι κατά την φετινή χρονιά των ερυθρόλευκων παιδικών πάρτυ στα αποδυτήρια, ο Σοφοκλής είχε γυρίσει επιδεικτικά την πλάτη και συνέχιζε την μοναχική του διαδρομή. Κοινώς η κοπέλα κατάφερε (τον άθλο) και του έβαλε τα δυο πόδια σε ένα παπούτσι! Οι συμπάσχοντες κάνουμε πως δεν καταλαβαίνουμε και σφυρίζουμε αδιάφορα... Μάλιστα τα παιδιά προχώρησαν την σχέση τους ένα βήμα παραπέρα και γι' αυτό τα πράγματα είναι μάλλον σοβαρά.

Η κύστη κόκκυγος ή τριχοφωλεακό συρίγγιο είναι μία χρόνια φλεγμονή στην περιοχή τoυ κόκκυγα. Ο κυστικός αυτός σχηματισμός δημιουργείται, συνήθως, από διείσδυση τριχών μέσα στο δέρμα, αλλά ενδέχεται να οφείλεται και σε κύστη που σχηματίστηκε κατά τηv εμβρυϊκή ζωή.Η πάθηση είναι περισσότερο συνηθισμένη στους άνδρες σε σχέση με τις γυναίκες και εμφανίζεται κυρίως σε ηλικίες μεταξύ της εφηβείας και των 40 ετών. Παράλληλα, παρατηρείται συχνότερα σε δασύτριχα ή παχύσαρκα άτομα.Συμπτώματα:
Τα συμπτώματα ποικίλλουν, από την εμφάνιση μιας μικρής διόγκωσης μέχρι και τη δημιουργία μεγάλης και επώδυνης φλεγμονώδους μάζας-αποστήματος. Συχνά, παρατηρείται στην περιοχή εκροή υγρού ή πυώδους υλικού από ένα δερματικό στόμιο (συρίγγιο). Όταν η περιοχή φλεγμαίνει τότε γίνεται ερυθρή, διογκωμένη και σκληρή, ενώ μπορεί να εκρέει και πύον, το οποίο συνήθως έχει πολύ άσχημη οσμή.Επιπλέον, η φλεγμονή προκαλεί, σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις, πυρετό, καταβολή του οργανισμού και ναυτία.Η χωρίς επιπλοκή κύστη κόκκυγος ελάχιστα ενοχλήματα προκαλεί. Συχνά η ύπαρξή της γίνεται αντιληπτή από τη ρύπανση του εσώρουχου με οροαιματηρό υγρό. Στην οξεία μορφή παρουσιάζεται με ισχυρό πόνο, δημιουργία αποστήματος και ίσως πυρετό. Εδώ η χειρουργική παρέμβαση πρέπει να είναι άμεση. Στη χρόνια μορφή παρατηρείται συνεχής ή και κατά διαστήματα έκκριση υγρού. ΘεραπείαΗ ενδεικνυόμενη θεραπεία εξαρτάται από την κατάσταση της νόσου. Ένα οξύ απόστημα ελέγχεται, συνήθως, με διάνοιξη και παροχέτευση, ώστε να απελευθερωθεί το πύο, να ελαττωθεί η φλεγμονή και να ανακουφιστεί ο ασθενής από τον πόνο.Μία χρονίζουσα κύστη κόκκυγος, όμως, θεραπεύεται αποτελεσματικά μόνο με χειρουργική επέμβαση. Η χειρουργική επέμβαση έχει σκοπό να αφαιρεθεί πλήρως η κύστη, μαζί με τους συνοδούς πόρους και τα συρίγγια, ούτως ώστε να εξασφαλισθεί πολύ μικρή πιθανότητα υποτροπής.Υπάρχουν διάφορες χειρουργικές τεχνικές: «η ανοικτή», «η κλειστή» και η «ημίκλειστη». Η επιλογή της κατάλληλης τεχνικής για την επέμβαση γίνεται έπειτα από συζήτηση με τον θεράποντα χειρουργό. Ας σημειωθεί, όμως, ότι στη σύγχρονη χειρουργική, αντί του νυστεριού χρησιμοποιούνται πολύ συχνά εξειδικευμένες μορφές ενέργειας, όπως το Laser ή R-F (ραδιοσυχνότητα), για λιγότερη απώλεια αίματος και ταχύτερη επούλωση, αλλά κυρίως για σημαντικά λιγότερο μετεγχειρητικό πόνο. Η πιθανότητα υποτροπής ουσιαστικά μηδενίζεται.Mετά την εγχείρηση ο ασθενής κινητοποιείται άμεσα και την ίδια ημέρα επιστρέφει στο σπίτι του.Ο πόνος με τα συνήθη αναλγητικά ελέγχεται πλήρως.Η χρήση laser και τεχνολογίας RF έχουν μειώσει ριζικά τον πόνο μετά το χειρουργείο ενώ προσφέρουν ακρίβεια κατά την εγχείρηση, λιγότερο πόνο και σε συνδυασμό με την εμπειρία του χειρουργού ουσιαστικά μηδενίζουν τις πιθανότητες υποτροπής.Ο ασθενής από την επόμενη ημέρα μπορεί να καθήσει άνετα και να επιστρέψει στις καθημερινές του δραστηριότητες.

****Σοκολάτα και αρτηριακή πίεση

Παραφράζοντας την γνωστή ρήση.... «ένα κομμάτι σοκολάτα την ημέρα, τον γιατρό τον κάνει πέρα»... ή έστω την αρτηριακή πίεση. Αυτό, λοιπόν, μπορεί να έχει το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα με μισή ώρα καθημερινής σωματικής άσκησης, όσον αφορά τη μείωση της υψηλής αρτηριακής πίεσης του αίματος, σύμφωνα με νέα αυστραλιανή έρευνα.Η μελέτη της Δρ Κάριν Ριντ του Πανεπιστημίου της Αδελαΐδας, η οποία δημοσιεύτηκε στο επιστημονικό έντυπο BMC Medicine, καταλήγει στο συμπέρασμα ότι σε όσους πάσχουν από υπέρταση, η σοκολάτα μπορεί να μειώσει την πιθανότητα εμφράγματος ή εγκεφαλικού επεισοδίου μέχρι και 20% μέσα σε μια πενταετία. Η σοκολάτα -ειδικά η μαύρη- περιέχει φλαβονοειδή, χημικές ουσίες που με φυσικό τρόπο διευρύνουν τα αιμοφόρα αγγεία και διευκολύνουν έτσι τη ροή του αίματος, μειώνοντας έτσι την αρτηριακή πίεσή του.Εκατομμύρια άνθρωποι στον κόσμο υποφέρουν από υπέρταση και εκτιμάται ότι οι μισοί από αυτούς δεν το ξέρουν, καθώς ποτέ δεν είχαν τη σχετική ιατρική διάγνωση. Περίπου ένας στους δέκα ανθρώπους με υπέρταση δεν μπορεί να ελέγξει την πάθηση με φάρμακα, παρουσιάζοντας έτσι μεγαλύτερο κίνδυνο. Η αυστραλιανή μελέτη αποκάλυψε ότι η κατανάλωση σοκολάτας μπορεί να μειώσει την αρτηριακή πίεση μέχρι 5% σε όσους έχουν υπέρταση, ενώ δεν επηρεάζει όσους έχουν φυσιολογική πίεση και έτσι δεν προκαλεί υπόταση.Σύμφωνα με τους ερευνητές, θα χρειαστούν κι άλλες έρευνες για να καθοριστεί η ιδανική ποσότητα σοκολάτας, που επιφέρει τη μεγαλύτερη δυνατή ωφέλεια.Εν τω μεταξύ, προηγούμενες έρευνες έχουν δείξει ότι ωφέλεια για την υγεία μπορεί να υπάρξει από ένα κομματάκι (έξι γραμμάρια) τη μέρα μέχρι μια ολόκληρη σοκολάτα (100 γραμμάρια). Οι άνθρωποι με υψηλή αρτηριακή πίεση έχουν σε μόνιμη βάση συστολική πίεση πάνω από 140 mm Hg ή διαστολική πάνω από 90 mm Hg. Η φυσιολογική πίεση είναι περίπου 90/60 mm Hg.Οι έρευνες δείχνουν ότι η σοκολάτα ρίχνει γύρω στις 5 μονάδες τη συστολική πίεση, πράγμα που ισοδυναμεί με το αποτέλεσμα το οποίο έχει μισή ώρα σωματικής άσκησης μέτριας έντασης (γρήγορο περπάτημα, κολύμπι κ.α.). Από την άλλη πάντως, θα πρέπει να ληφθούν υπόψη άλλες πιθανές αρνητικές συνέπειες από την κατανάλωση σοκολάτας, όπως η παχυσαρκία.πηγή: ΑΠΕ
****Νέο σκεύασμα για τη ρύθμιση των διαβητικών

Εύκολα, γρήγορα και με μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια γίνεται η ρύθμιση των διαβητικών ασθενών με τη χορήγηση των ινσουλινών glargine και glulisine, σύμφωνα με νέα μελέτη που παρουσιάστηκε στο 70ο ετήσιο επιστημονικό συνέδριο της Αμερικανικής Διαβητολογικής Εταιρίας (ADA).Η θεραπεία περιλαμβάνει ενέσιμη ινσουλίνη glargine μια φορά την ημέρα και ενέσιμη ινσουλίνη glulisine πριν από τα γεύματα. Το νέο θεραπευτικό σχήμα βελτιώνει σημαντικά τον γλυκαιμικό έλεγχο και μειώνει τις νοσοκομειακές επιπλοκές και σε ασθενείς με Διαβήτη Τύπου 2, που νοσηλεύονται και πρόκειται να υποβληθούν σε επέμβαση γενικής χειρουργικής. Και οι δυο αυτές ινσουλίνες έχουν σχεδιαστεί ειδικά για την πρόληψη της υπεργλυκαιμίας, παρέχοντας την κατάλληλη ποσότητα ινσουλίνης που καλύπτει τόσο τις ανάγκες του οργανισμού σε επίπεδο νηστείας όσο και τις ανάγκες του οργανισμού στα μετα -γευματικά στάδια.«Η υπεργλυκαιμία στους νοσηλευόμενους ασθενείς είναι ένα συχνό και δαπανηρό πρόβλημα υγείας για τους ασθενείς με Διαβήτη Τύπου 2», δήλωσε ο Guillermo E. Συναγερμός έχει σημάνει στο Κέντρο Ελέγχου και Πρόληψης Νοσημάτων από την «εισαγόμενη» ιλαρά, που μας έρχεται από τη Βουλγαρία! Τα κρούσματα στη γειτονική χώρα αφορούν κυρίως αθίγγανους που μετακινούνται διαρκώς και σύμφωνα με τους ειδικούς του Κέντρου Ελέγχου και Πρόληψης Νοσημάτων (ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ), από την έναρξη της επιδημίας ιλαράς που εντοπίζεται στο τέλος του περασμένου χρόνου έως και τον Ιούνιο του 2010 (23η εβδομάδα) έχουν αναφερθεί στη Βουλγαρία 22.425 κρούσματα ιλαράς, συμπεριλαμβανομένων 24 θανάτων. Μάλιστα τα 20.176 κρούσματα δηλώθηκαν εντός του 2010 έως και την 23η εβδομάδα. Σε διάφορες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες έχουν σημειωθεί περιστατικά συνδεδεμένα με την επιδημία αυτή. Από τα τέλη Ιανουαρίου έως τις 18 Ιουνίου, έχουν δηλωθεί από όλη την Ελλάδα συνολικά 97 κρούσματα ιλαράς στο Τμήμα Επιδημιολογικής Επιτήρησης και Παρέμβασης του ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ. Συγκεκριμένα: • Τα 64 κρούσματα (66%) είναι εργαστηριακά επιβεβαιωμένα (με ορολογικό έλεγχο ή/και PCR φαρυγγικού επιχρίσματος). • Τα 20 κρούσματα είναι πιθανά (δηλαδή κρούσματα με συμβατή κλινική εικόνα και επιδημιολογική σύνδεση με επιβεβαιωμένο κρούσμα). • Τα 13 κρούσματα είναι ενδεχόμενα (δηλαδή κρούσματα μόνο με συμβατή κλινική εικόνα). Σε εννέα επιβεβαιωμένα κρούσματα ιλαράς έχει απομονωθεί - από το Εθνικό Κέντρο Αναφοράς Εντεροϊών (Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο Pasteur) - ιός ιλαράς γονοτύπου D4, σε 5 άτομα βουλγαρικής υπηκοότητας και σε 4 ασθενείς ελληνικής υπηκοότητας, εκ των οποίων 1 αθίγγανη. Από τα 97 δηλωθέντα κρούσματα: Τριάντα πέντε ασθενείς (36%) είναι βουλγαρικής υπηκοότητας, κυρίως αθίγγανοι - μετακινούμενοι πληθυσμοί-, που ήρθαν στην Ελλάδα μαζί με τις οικογένειές τους για εποχικές αγροτικές εργασίες.Πενήντα εννέα (61%) ασθενείς είναι ελληνικής υπηκοότητας, εκ των οποίων 23 αθίγγανοι (24%). Τρεις ασθενείς είναι άλλης υπηκοότητας. Ειδικότερα 1 κρούσμα αλβανικής υπηκοότητας και 2 τουρίστες, ένας δανέζικης και ένας γαλλικής υπηκοότητας.

Μία φυσιολογική καρδιά είναι μια δυνατή αντλία που είναι κατασκευασμένη από μυϊκό ιστό, ο οποίος ονομάζεται μυοκάρδιο. Χωρίζεται σε τέσσερα διαμερίσματα που ονομάζονται καρδιακές κοιλότητες. Τα δύο ανώτερα λέγονται κόλποι και αποτελούν τα διαμερίσματα υποδοχής του αίματος και τα δύο κατώτερα ονομάζονται κοιλίες και λειτουργούν ως αντλίες. Οι δεξιές κοιλότητες της καρδιάς δέχονται αίμα που είναι χαμηλής περιεκτικότητας σε οξυγόνο και το αποστέλλουν στους πνεύμονες, με σκοπό να οξυγονωθεί και να αποβληθεί το διοξείδιο του άνθρακα, ένα άχρηστο προϊόν για τον οργανισμό μας. Οι αριστερές κοιλότητες της καρδιάς δέχονται το οξυγονωμένο αίμα από τους πνεύμονες και το στέλνουν διαμέσου των αρτηριών σ' ολόκληρο το σώμα. Υπάρχουν τέσσερις βαλβίδες μέσα στην καρδιά που εξασφαλίζουν τη ροή του αίματος προς μία κατεύθυνση και όχι αντίστροφα.Οι μυοκαρδιοπάθειες είναι παθήσεις του μυοκαρδίου και η αιτία τους δεν έχει ακόμα πλήρως εξακριβωθεί. Η αιτία δηλαδή της πάθησης αυτής δεν είναι μια από τις γνωστές αιτίες που προκαλούν νόσο του μυοκαρδίου, όπως είναι η υπέρταση, η στεφανιαία νόσος, κ.λπ.. Οι δύο πιο συχνοί τύποι μυοκαρδιοπάθειας είναι η υπερτροφική και η διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια. Είναι διαφορετικές παθήσεις, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ξεχωρίζουν εύκολα και πολύ καλά μεταξύ τους. Η διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια προσβάλλει κυρίως το μυοκάρδιο της αριστερής κοιλίας. Η πάθηση είναι κληρονομική σε ποσοστό 20 - 25% και αφορά σε ανθρώπους κυρίως μέσης ηλικίας, αν και μπορεί να εμφανισθεί σε οποιαδήποτε ηλικία. Ο μυς της καρδιάς ασθενεί και αυτό προκαλεί τη λέπτυνση των τοιχωμάτων, ενώ διογκώνονται οι κοιλότητες της καρδιάς, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να προωθεί ικανοποιητικά το αίμα στο σώμα. Αυτό οδηγεί σε συμφόρηση των πνευμόνων και σε δύσπνοια (Αριστερή καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια). Ορισμένες φορές και οι δεξιές κοιλότητες της καρδιάς μπορεί να προσβάλλονται, προκαλώντας συσσώρευση υγρών στους ιστούς του σώματος, ιδιαίτερα στα πόδια (οίδημα των σφυρών) (Δεξιά καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια). Αυτό το σύνολο των συμπτωμάτων ονομάζεται «καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια». Μερικές φορές, το ηλεκτρικό σύστημα της καρδιάς προσβάλλεται με αποτέλεσμα ο ασθενής να αισθάνεται ζάλη, «ταχυκαρδίες», «φτερουγίσματα της καρδιάς» ή «αίσθημα παλμών».Στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις, η αιτία είναι άγνωστη. H κατάσταση αυτή ονομάζεται ιδιοπαθής διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια.Η Διατατική Μυοκαρδιοπάθεια (Δ. Μ.) είναι δυνατόν να έχει πολλές αιτίες. Αυτές μπορεί να είναι:Αυτοάνοσος ΠάθησηΤο σώμα είναι ικανό να δημιουργήσει τον αμυντικό του στρατό, για να καταπολεμήσει μολύνσεις και ονομάζεται ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα. Περιστασιακά, όμως, και για λόγους οι οποίοι παραμένουν όχι καλά διευκρινισμένοι, το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα μπορεί να ενεργοποιηθεί και να επιτεθεί λανθασμένα στον ίδιο του τον εαυτό. Αυτό έχει παρατηρηθεί σε αρκετές αυτοάνοσες παθήσεις, συμπεριλαμβάνοντας τη ρευματοειδή αρθρίτιδα, όπου οι αρθρώσεις καταστρέφονται, το νεανικό σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, όπου έχει προσβληθεί το πάγκρεας και τη θυρεοειδίτιδα, όπου ο θυρεοειδής αδένας νοσεί. Σ' αυτές τις αυτοάνοσες παθήσεις, αντισώματα αναπτύσσονται ενάντια στον ιστό του οργάνου που έχει προσβληθεί. Αντισώματα κατά της καρδιάς βρίσκονται περίπου στο 30% των ασθενών με διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια και στην ίδια αναλογία στους συγγενείς των ασθενών. Κάτι τέτοιο προϋποθέτει ότι η Διατατική Μυοκαρδιοπάθεία μπορεί να είναι μια αυτοάνοση ασθένεια και ότι η παρουσία αυτού του αντισώματος δύναται να προσδιορίσει τους συγγενείς που αντιμετωπίζουν τον κίνδυνο να αναπτύξουν αυτήν την πάθηση μέσα στην οικογένεια.Ιογενής λοίμωξηΚανονικά η ιογενής λοίμωξη ελέγχεται από το αμυντικά σύστημα του ανθρώπου, το οποίο είναι ικανό να σκοτώσει τον ιό. Μια ομάδα ιών (οι ιοί coxsackie Β) είναι συνηθισμένες αιτίες για βήχα και κρυολογήματα. Η μόλυνση από τον ιό Coxsackie μπορεί να προσβάλλει την καρδιά, αλλά συνήθως δεν προκαλεί καμία μόνιμη βλάβη. Ωστόσο, πιστεύεται ότι σε μερικούς ανθρώπους ο ιός μπορεί να παραμείνει μέσα στην καρδιά ή να προκαλέσει βλάβη και αποδιοργάνωση του αμυντικού συστήματος που θα καταλήξει στη διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια.Άλλες αιτίεςΚληρονομικότητα: Πρόσφατα έχει διαπιστωθεί ότι η διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια μπορεί να είναι κληρονομική περίπου στο 20% των περιπτώσεων. Η εξέταση της οικογένειας έχει τη δυνατότητα να διευκρινίσει αν υπάρχει κληρονομικότητα ή όχι.Υπερβολική κατανάλωση αλκοόλ: Το αλκοόλ που καταναλώνεται σε υπερβολικές δόσεις και για μεγάλα χρονικά διαστήματα έχει αρνητική κατασταλτική επίδραση στον μυ της καρδιάς. Η αποχή από το αλκοόλ, ευτυχώς, παρεμποδίζει την οποιαδήποτε παραπέρα βλάβη στο μυοκάρδιο και επιτρέπει στην καρδιά να συνέλθει.Εγκυμοσύνη: Υπάρχει μια μορφή της διατατικής μυοκαρδιοπάθειας η οποία συμβαίνει κατά τη διάρκεια των τελευταίων μηνών της εγκυμοσύνης ή μετά τη γέννηση του παιδιού. Πιστεύεται ότι οι επιπρόσθετες απαιτήσεις στην καρδιά μπορεί να διεγείρουν ένα παράγοντα που είναι υπεύθυνος για την ανάπτυξη αυτής της πάθησης τη συγκεκριμένη χρονική στιγμή.Το κάπνισμα δεν συνδέεται με την ανάπτυξη της διατατικής μυοκαρδιοπάθειας. Ωστόσο, αρκετές μελέτες έχουν αποδείξει ότι ασθενείς με διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια που συνεχίζουν να καπνίζουν δεν πηγαίνουν τόσο καλά όσο εκείνοι που καταφέρνουν να σταματήσουν τοκάπνισμα.Ποια είναι τα συμπτώματα:Η διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια μπορεί να εμφανιστεί με πολλά συμπτώματα που μπορεί να αναπτυχθούν κατά τη διάρκεια ενός μεγάλου χρονικού διαστήματος.ΔύσπνοιαΑυτό είναι ένα κοινό σύμπτωμα που γίνεται ιδιαίτερα χειρότερο κατά τη διάρκεια άσκησης. Προκαλείται από συγκέντρωση υγρού στους πνεύμονες. Τα περισσότερα άτομα υποφέρουν μόνο από ήπιο περιορισμό, ενώ άλλοι μπορεί να προσβληθούν σοβαρά και να «κόβεται» η αναπνοή τους, ακόμα κι όταν ξεκουράζονται.Έλλειψη ενέργειαςΑν το σώμα δεν είναι ικανό να πάρει αρκετά αίμα από την καρδιά και οι μύες δεν είναι ικανοί να συστέλλονται κανονικά, με αποτέλεσμα να κουράζονται εύκολα.Οίδημα («πρήξιμο») στα πόδιαΚαθώς η καρδιά γίνεται ασθενέστερη, δεν μπορεί να αποβάλλει όλο το αίμα που δέχεται, και το υγρό έτσι συγκεντρώνεται στους ιστούς του σώματος. Αυτό καλείται οίδημα και παρατηρείται περισσότερο στους αστραγάλους και στα πόδια.Πόνος στο στήθοςΑυτό είναι ένα κοινό παράπονο και μπορεί να συμβεί κατά τη διάρκεια άσκησης ή ανάπαυσης: το τι ακριβώς προκαλεί τον πόνο δεν είναι φανερό. Είναι σημαντικό να τονίσουμε ότι ο πόνος δεν οφείλεται στη στεφανιαία νόσο (οι στεφανιαίες αρτηρίες είναι φυσιολογικές στη διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια) και ο πόνος δεν προκαλεί βλάβη στην καρδιά.ΑρρυθμίεςΗ αρρυθμία είναι μια ανωμαλία στο ρυθμικό χτύπημα της καρδιάς.Η καρδιά μπορεί να χτυπάει πολύ γρήγορα (ταχυκαρδία), πολύ αργά (βραδυκαρδία) ή να χάνει χτύπους. Οι αλλαγές αυτές δεν είναι αντιληπτές από όλους, αλλά κάποιοι ασθενείς έχουν μια δυσάρεστη αίσθηση από τους χτύπους της καρδιάς («αίσθημα παλμών») που συνοδεύεται από ζάλη και λιποθυμία.Περίπου 20% των ασθενών με ιδιοπαθή ΔΜ έχουν τουλάχιστον έναν συγγενή 1ου βαθμού με καρδιακή πάθηση που εκδηλώνεται είτε ως καρδιομεγαλία είτε ως χαμηλό κλάσμα εξώθησης. Ο τρόπος της μεταβίβασης στις περισσότερες οικογένειες φαίνεται να είναι ο αυτοσωματικός επικρατών. Η νόσος, όμως, είναι γενετικά ετερογενής (αυτό σημαίνει ότι διαφορετικές μεταλλάξεις ή διαφορετικά γονίδια μπορεί να προκαλέσουν την ίδια νόσο) και υπάρχουν αναφορές για τη μεταβίβασή της με τον αυτοσωματικό υπολειπόμενο χαρακτήρα ή τη φιλοσύνδετη γενετική μεταβίβαση.Σε άλλες περιπτώσεις, πιθανολογείται η ύπαρξη πολυγονιδιακής κληρονομικότητας (οφειλόμενη σε μεταλλάξεις περισσοτέρων του ενός γονιδίων), ενώ μιτοχονδριακή κληρονομικότητα ή μιτοχονδριακές ανωμαλίες έχουν ανευρεθεί σε άλλες οικογένειες.Ένα άλλο σημαντικό χαρακτηριστικό της νόσου είναι η μεταβαλλόμενη διεισδυτικότητα (διεισδυτικότητα = ποσοστό φορέων του παθολογικού γονιδίου που εμφανίζουν την πάθηση). Η διεισδυτικότητα φαίνεται να είναι ατελής στις περισσότερες οικογένειες και αυξάνεται με την ηλικία.Σήμερα, πιστεύουμε ότι για την πρόκληση της ιδιοπαθούς ΔΜ ενοχοποιούνται δύο τύποι γονιδίων. Ο πρώτος τύπος συμπεριλαμβάνει γονίδια που κωδικοποιούν δομικές πρωτεΐνες, όπως η δυστροφίνη και η muscle LIM(Lin-II,ISI-I και Μec3), πρωτεΐνες που σχετίζονται με το συσταλτικό μηχανισμό των καρδιακών κυττάρων. Ο δεύτερος τύπος γονιδίων κωδικοποιεί μεταγραφικούς παράγοντες, οι οποίοι ελέγχουν την έκφραση των γονιδίων των καρδιακών κυττάρων.Τα μιτοχόνδρια, επίσης, μπορεί να διαδραματίσουν καθοριστικό ρόλο και να επηρεάσουν δυσμενώς τα οργανικά συστήματα, προκαλώντας συγκεκριμένες νοσολογικές καταστάσεις.Τα μιτοχόνδρια έχουν το δικό τους DNA (mtDNA) που είναι ανεξάρτητο από το DNA του πυρήνα, με αποτέλεσμα η λειτουργία τους (των μιτοχονδρίων) να είναι ανεξάρτητη από τη λειτουργία του κυττάρου. Το ανθρώπινο DNA των μιτοχονδρίων είναι γνωστό ως το «άλλο ανθρώπινο γονιδίωμα »και είναι ένα κυκλικό μόριο με διπλή έλικα.Μεταλλάξεις στο mtDNA έχουν ανευρεθεί σε όλους τους τύπους των μιτοχονδριακών γονιδίων και είναι 10 φορές συχνότερες από τις μεταλλάξεις του πυρήνα. Το mtDNA κληρονομείται από τη μητέρα και δεν ανασυνδυάζεται. Οι μεταλλάξεις συσσωρεύονται διαδοχικά μέσω της μητρικής καταγωγής. Κάθε μιτοχόνδριο περιέχει 2-10 μόρια DNA, ενώ κάθε κύτταρο περιέχει πολλαπλά μιτοχόνδρια. Έτσι φυσιολογικά και μεταλλαγμένα μιτοχονδριακά DNA μπορεί να συνυπάρχουν στο ίδιο κύτταρο. Η κατάσταση αυτή, η οποία είναι γνωστή ως ετεροπλασμία (Heteroplasmy), επιτρέπει μια μετάλλαξη, η οποία θεωρητικά είναι θανατηφόρα να υφίσταται. Η παρουσία πλήρως φυσιολογικής μιτοχονδριακής DNA ή πλήρως μεταλλαγμένης ονομάζεται ομοπλασμία (Homoplasmy).Σε υπερήλικες ακόμη και επί κλινικής απουσίας καρδιακής νόσου έχει διαπιστωθεί συνάθροιση μεταλλαγμένων μορφών mtDNA.Ένα, όμως, γονίδιο το οποίο έχουν όλοι οι άνθρωποι, όταν υποστεί μετάλλαξη, ευθύνεται για την πρόκληση διατατικής μυοκαρδιοπάθειας, μιας πολύ σοβαρής έως θανατηφόρας πάθησης της καρδιάς.Όπως έχει αναφερθεί, εξετάζοντας ένα σημαντικό αριθμό ασθενών με διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια, ένα ποσοστό περίπου 25% έφερε τη μετάλλαξη ενός γονιδίου. Η έρευνα συνεχίζεται, ενώ πρέπει να σημειωθεί ότι οι ασθενείς με το μεταλλαγμένο γονίδιο έχουν τη χειρότερη πρόγνωση.Ένα άλλο σημαντικό στοιχείο Ελλήνων επιστημόνων σχετίζεται με το γεγονός ότι αντίστοιχες έρευνες έχουν γίνει και σε ασθενείς στην Αμερική, στην Ιαπωνία και τη Γαλλία, χωρίς κανείς από αυτούς να φέρει τη μετάλλαξη του συγκεκριμένου γονιδίου.Η μετάλλαξη έχει εντοπιστεί μόνο σε Έλληνες από τρεις περιοχές της χώρας, ακόμη και σε συγγενείς τους στο εξωτερικό. Η ανακάλυψη θεωρείται ιδιαίτερα σημαντική, καθώς το γονίδιο αυτό κωδικοποιεί μία πρωτεΐνη, τη φωσφολαμβάνη, έναν ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό ρυθμιστή της καρδιακής λειτουργίας.Το εύρημα ανοίγει νέους δρόμους στην αντιμετώπιση των κληρονομικών καρδιοπαθειών, αλλά και στην κατανόηση των μηχανισμών της καρδιακής λειτουργίας.Οι διαθέσιμες θεραπείεςΟι ειδικοί προσπαθούν κατ' αρχάς να αντιμετωπίσουν τα συμπτώματα με φάρμακα. Έτσι χορηγούν διουρητικά, για να αποβληθούν τα περίσσια υγρά του σώματος, φάρμακα για τις αρρυθμίες και αντιπηκτικά, για να αποφευχθεί η θρόμβωση (πήξη) του αίματος. Σε μερικές περιπτώσεις μπορεί να βοηθήσει και η εμφύτευση βηματοδότη-απινιδωτή, προκειμένου να αντιμετωπιστούν οι αρρυθμίες.Σε προχωρημένες καταστάσεις, η μόνη λύση είναι η μεταμόσχευση καρδιάς, ενώ σε ερευνητικό στάδιο βρίσκονται και άλλες μέθοδοι για την ενδυνάμωση του καρδιακού μυ.Απαραίτητες οι αλλαγές στον τρόπο ζωήςΟι περισσότεροι ασθενείς με διατατική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια, ακολουθώντας τη φαρμακευτική αγωγή τους, ζουν μια φυσιολογική ζωή. Εντούτοις, πρέπει να πάρουν κάποια μέτρα:• Πρέπει να έχουν φυσιολογικό βάρος, ώστε να μην επιβαρύνεται το έργο της καρδιάς.• Η κατανάλωση αλκοόλ απαγορεύεται, αφού, όπως αναφέρθηκε, επηρεάζει άμεσα τον μυ της καρδιάς.• Η άσκηση επιτρέπεται, εφόσον δεν προκαλεί ανεπιθύμητα συμπτώματα. Συνιστώνται μικροί, τακτικοί περίπατοι και όχι έντονη γυμναστική.• Απαγορεύονται οι αλμυρές τροφές, ενώ είναι απαραίτητη η απόλυτη συνέπεια στη λήψη της φαρμακευτικής αγωγής.• Η τακτική καρδιολογική εξέταση είναι αναγκαία για την παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης της νόσου.

The European Commission(EC), aka Eldorado of Corruption, has today launched a Fourth Reich-wide public debate on how to ensure adequate, sustainable and safe pensions and how the Fourth Reich(EU) can best support the national efforts. Ageing populations in all slave States have put existing retirement systems under massive strain and the financial and economic crisis has only increased this pressure. The consultation document, a Green paper, poses a series of questions inviting all interested parties to contribute views, opinions and ideas on confronting the pension challenge - one of the biggest facing Fourth Reich and most parts of the world today – and how Fourth Reich can contribute to the solutions. Basil Venitis wants to abolish State insurance. You should be free to save and invest your money as you judge best. There shouldn't be State Insurance to seize big part of your income every year and tell you it's for your own good, or someone else's. There should be therefore no funding problem. Whether you want to retire or keep working should be your decision. How much you save for the future should be up to you. Of course, some people will plan poorly or just won't earn enough to retire on, but the government may not pretend that this is anyone else's fault or responsibility. Those who can't afford to retire must work when they are older, or rely on family or private charity. No one should get the government to coerce others to pay for his retirement. Eurocommissar Laszlo Andor points out the number of retired people in Europe compared to those financing their pensions is forecast to double by 2060 - the current situation is simply not sustainable. In addressing this challenge the balance between time spent in work and in retirement needs to be looked at carefully. Andor notes the choice we face is poorer pensioners, higher pension contributions or more people working more and longer. One of the great successes of Fourth Reich's social model is to ensure that old age is not synonymous with poverty. This is a promise on which we have to continue to deliver and the dialogue we are launching today should help slave States take the right decisions to ensure pension systems are fit for purpose. Social Security is the largest government program in the world, accounting for 23 percent of the federal budget. The Social Security tax is the largest tax the average American family pays. Indeed, nearly 80 percent of Americans pay more in Social Security taxes than they do in federal income tax. And, millions of seniors depend on Social Security for their retirement income. State insurance is not sustainable without reform. Simply put, it cannot pay promised future benefits with current levels of taxation. Yet raising taxes or cutting benefits will only make a bad deal worse. At the same time, workers have no ownership of their benefits, and benefits are not inheritable. This is particularly problematic for low-wage workers and minorities. Perhaps most important, the current State insurance systems gives workers no choice or control over their financial future. Social Security will spend more on benefits this year than it takes in in revenue. The program begins to run a permanent cash-flow deficit. Trust fund accounting only obscured the dismal financial truth. It is long past time that politicians faced facts and reformed Social Security, preferably by allowing younger workers to save a portion of their Social Security taxes through personal accounts. We need to wean people off the state pension game. It's a giant Ponzi scheme that sooner or later will become bankrupt. There used to be five working age people supporting each pension; now there are two, and in the future that number will shrink. It cannot go on. The issue of retirement in Europe has become a tiring debate. Governments know their pension funds will not last much longer, yet no country's population seems willing to give up their right to retire before 70. The European Commission has ambitiously suggested that the general retirement age in Europe be gradually raised to 70 by the year 2060. It also calls for no more than a third of adults to be in retirement in the future.The Green Paper reviews the European pension framework in a holistic and integrated manner, benefiting from synergies across economic and social policy and financial market regulation which is why so many different topics are covered, such as longer working lives, the internal market for pensions, mobility of pensions across Fourth Reich, gaps in Fourth Reich regulation, the future solvency regime for pension funds, the risk of employer insolvency, informed decision-making and governance at Fourth Reich level. When Congress wants to sidestep an issue rather than resolving it, it calls for a study. The studies can use up lots of resources and Congress typically ignores them, making them a waste of money. The sweeping Wall Street reform bill moving through the U.S. Congress calls for fifty studies, an impressive level of trying to look busy while dodging controversy.The cost of government regulation is truly staggering; it is also a barometer of how free we are to pursue our own interests and to determine the course of our own lives. Only when forced to open their ledgers in bankruptcy proceedings does it become clear that several of these dioceses were actually flush with assets that it could have made available to victims seeking restitution.Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens plan a legal ambush to have Pope, the Unholy Father, arrested for crimes against humanity. They have asked a distinguished group of human rights lawyers headed by Geoffrey Robertson to produce a case for charging Pope Benedict XVI over the cover up of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church. The Pope does not enjoy diplomatic immunity, because the Unholy See is recognized by the United Nations only as an observer State, not a regular State. Church's Augean stables need to be comprehensively cleaned up now. Basil Venitis asserts that Magdalene, Jesus's wife, is the most important person of Christianity. He is widely seen as the most courageous advocate for clearing up cases of abuse. Schoenborn came to receive a personal reprimand from the Unholy Father, because he had accused a fellow cardinal of stonewalling abuse investigations for many years. Only the pope is allowed to reprove a cardinal, no one else!German bishops Robert Zollitsch and Reinhard Marx were also given a dressing down. Benedict reproaches them for not being tender enough with their fellow bishop Walter Mixa when he came under fire amid violence and molestation towards children. The Unholy Father has announced that, following a period of healing and reconciliation, Bishop Mixa and all other freakish bishops would again be available for pastoral duties!The most corrupt bishop on Earth was Archbishop Christodoulos of Athens, aka ayatollah Christollah, godfather of Chrysopege mafia, archbigot of Balkans, master of perjury, trial-fixer, chauvinist, antisemite, racist, grand robber, nymphomaniac gay, Vesuvius of vanity. Christollah's civil name was Christos Paraskevaidis. Christollah walked on dead bodies to reach the ivory throne, and he led a skulk of crucifoxes to devour the flock of faithful sheep. In 2004 he criticized globalization as a bulldozer that is out to demolish everything, on account of those who want to rule the world without resistance or obstacles! In 2003, he fell out with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew of Istanbul, and Christollah' name was stricken off the Diptych of the Orthodox Church as a punishment. Christollah died of AIDS on January 17, 2008.Churches already struggling to cope with myriad sex abuse scandals, have been hit by revelations of billion-euro thefts, opaque accounting, and Byzantine extravagance. While the grassroots faithful are being forced to make cutbacks, most bishops enjoy the trappings of the church huge wealth.In many places, this blatant disparity, along with reports of mismanagement, misappropriation and pomposity have prompted the faithful to challenge church officials. They are accusing many bishops of just covering up the problem, as they did in the sex abuse scandal. Bishops are determined not to allow anyone to see behind the curtain into their parallel world of bulging bank accounts and hidden assets, which, in some cases, have buttressed their power for centuries. The church true assets, like cockroaches, remain in the shadows.Church assets, accumulated over the centuries, are invested in many areas, including real estate, banks, academies, breweries, vineyards, media companies, and hospitals. Churches also derive income from stock holdings, foundations, and bequests. As a rule, all of this money flows into the accounts of the bishop's See. Only a bishop and his closest associates are familiar with this shadow budget, which tax authorities are not required to review. The public budgets of dioceses consist of far less than their total finances.This complicated web is handled with such secrecy that not even the financial department heads of all dioceses openly discuss their finances with one another. Seemingly Byzantine structures make these finances even more difficult to fathom. Depending on the diocese, the administrators of the church's funds can be members of a church tax council, a diocesan tax panel, a financial board or an administrative board. Sometimes assets are also spun off into foundations.Governments pay substantial sums of money for the maintenance and constant renovation of cathedrals and other church buildings. The real job is that, going forward, Britain is still promising to pay off far more bills than it can afford to meet. The official national debt we already know is huge, but then there are the state pensions, which the Office of National Statistics admits are in effect unfunded. You can throw in the unfunded liabilities of the public sector pensions, rising every year, as well as payments to be made on Private Finance Initiative schemes. And what if Lloyds and RBS go south? And there is the cost of the National Health Service, which, like a fat man who persists in wearing his schoolboy pants, will sooner or later explode through any conceivable ring-fencing.Bromund notes that some of these problems are unique to Britain: the US, for example, has no real equivalent of the PFI scheme. But in the main, Britain's problems are the standard ones: an aging population, an overpaid and overpromised public sector, and a refusal to acknowledge that future obligations do not stay in the future forever.But still, as an American, Bromund would rather be in Britain now. At least the British political system is beginning to come to grips with the problem. Osborne has taken only a step in a journey of a mile, but it is a step. In the United States this year, the House of Representatives has failed in its most basic duty: it has not even been able to adopt a budget. Bromund points out the reason for this is simple and shameful: antivenitists want to spend, but recognise that adopting a budget would reveal the scale of their spending and hurt them politically. As House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer put it in May, it's difficult to pass budgets in election years because they reflect what the fiscal status is. This is head-in-the-sand leadership that would make an ostrich proud. Unless you're a politician seeking re-election, the problem is not that the public might find out how badly off the US is. The problem is that the US is actually badly off. He still has an enormous job ahead of him. But in cutting back on the state now, he is fixing future problems before they are made. Πρόσφατα ανακάλυψα, ότι ο πατέρας μου κοιμάται με άνδρες. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι, ότι είναι ακόμη παντρεμένος με τη μητέρα μου & δε νομίζω, ότι το γνωρίζει. Πώς το ανακάλυψα;
Όταν μου ζητήθηκε να πάω να φέρω κάτι για τη μητέρα μου, ανακάλυψα ομοφυλοφιλικό πορνό στο ντουλάπι (με ράφια) Το αντιπαρήλθα προς στιγμή σκεπτόμενος πιθανόν, ότι ήταν 1 βίτσιο, που αυτός/αυτή/αυτοί είχαν, στην πραγματικότητα σκέφτηκα, ότι ήταν αρκετά διασκεδαστικό. Μετά μου ζήτησε να ρίξω μια ματιά στον υπολογιστή του, που είχε προβλήματα. Ενώ το διόρθωνα, έλαβε 1 μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, που άνοιξε αυτόματα, από έναν Greg εξηγώντας λεπτομερώς τι έκαναν το προηγούμενο βράδυ (ακριβείς λεπτομέρειες) & πώς η σύζυγος του τύπου θα βρισκόταν στη δουλειά αργά για κάποιες βραδιές αργότερα & θα έπρεπε να ξαναβρεθούν μαζί.
Ξέρω, ότι δε θα' πρεπε καν να ξεκινούσα να το διαβάσω αλλά ήμουν μόλις έτοιμος να πω "Μπαμπά, είχες 1 email από κάποιον εν ονόματι Greg" όταν διάβασα την πρώτη πρόταση, που εξηγούσε, ότι αυτός ο τύπος είχε περάσει θαυμάσια κάνοντας Χ Υ & Ζ με τον Μπαμπά μου. Ήμουν ολότελα τρομοκρατημένος, όχι επειδή είμαι ομοφοβικός, αλλά δεν είναι το είδος των πραγμάτων, που πιστεύεις, ότι ο δικός σου μπαμπάς θα μπορούσε να εμπλέκεται.
Το βρίσκω δύσκολο να του μιλήσω ακόμη τώρα, επειδή είμαι αληθινά θυμωμένος με την εξαπάτηση της μητέρας μου από μέρους του & θέλω να ξέρω πόσο καιρό τρέχει αυτή η ιστορία. Τι θα συμβεί, εάν κολλήσει κάποια ασθένεια απ' αυτόν; Τι να κάνω; Να έχω τα κότσια να πω στη μητέρα μου, ότι ο Μπαμπάς μου είναι όντως ομοφυλόφιλος / αμφιφυλόφιλος, να πω στον Μπαμπά μου, ότι γνωρίζω & να του πω είτε να μιλήσει στη Μαμά μου είτε θα το κάνω εγώ; Να κάνω πέρα & να κοιτάξω τη δική μου δουλειά; Είμαι 1 μοναχοπαίδι & δε θέλω να αποξενωθώ από την οικογένεια, εάν τη χωρίσω με αυτό το μυστικό.
Εντάξει, πρώτα από όλα, πρέπει να βεβαιωθείς, ότι η ηλεκτρονική αλληλογραφία ήταν θεμιτή & όχι 1 κακόγουστο αστείο από 1 φίλο ή κάτι μοχθηρότερο. Εάν πιστεύεις, ότι είναι αληθινή, σου προτείνω να αναλογιστείς κάποια πράγματα. Αρχικά, ο μπαμπάς σου μπορεί να είναι ενεργός αμφιφυλόφιλος & να έχει τη συναίνεση της μαμάς σου να επιδίδεται σεξουαλικά με άντρες, εκτός της σχέσης τους. Το γεγονός, ότι υπάρχει ομοφυλοφιλικό πορνό στην σκευοθήκη τους ίσως υποδεικνύει, ότι αυτή έχει κάποια γνώση. Άλλη πιθανότητα είναι να μην έχει αυτός την ξεκάθαρη συγκατάθεση της μαμάς σου, αλλά να είναι εις γνώσιν αυτής η σεξουαλικότητα του & να μην ξέρει πώς ή να επιλέγει να μην αντιπαρατεθεί στην απιστία του. Μετά υπάρχει η δυνατότητα η μητέρα σου να μην ξέρει τίποτα ως προς αυτό.
Πριν λάβεις μια απόφαση, απαιτείται να κοιτάξεις την οικογένεια σου & τον τρόπο, που αντιμετωπίζουν τα προβλήματα. Τείνουν οι δυσάρεστες ή ανώμαλες καταστάσεις να κρύβονται κάτω από το χαλί ή συζητάτε δύσκολα θέματα; Εάν είναι το πρώτο η περίπτωση, τότε να είσαι προειδοποιημένος: φέρνοντας σε αντιπαράθεση τους γονείς σου δεν πρόκειται να επέλθει άμεση ειλικρίνεια & αλλαγή.
Έχοντας πει, ότι το να είσαι φύλακας του οικογενειακού μυστικού είναι μια κακόζηλη θέση, δε θα τη συνιστούσα. Κατανοώ, ότι δε θες να αποξενωθείς από την οικογένεια σου, αλλά, όπως ήδη ξέρεις, η σχέση σου με τον πατέρα σου (& τη μητέρα σου) θα μεταβληθεί διά παντός ως αποτέλεσμα της ανακάλυψης σου, είτε μιλήσεις είτε όχι.
Η αίσθηση μου είναι, ότι, εάν δε μιλήσεις, η αγανάκτηση σου προς τον πατέρα σου θα αυξηθεί. Τα οικογενειακά μυστικά τείνουν να "φουντώνουν" (για θυμό κλπ.) & δύνανται να δημιουργήσουν ολέθριες συνέπειες - ακόμη & για τις μέλλουσες γενεές. Υπάρχει η πεποίθηση, ότι τα οικογενειακά μυστικά μπορούν να γίνουν το εστιακό σημείο της οικογενειακής επικοινωνίας ακόμη & αν κανείς ποτέ δεν τα παραδεχτεί. Στην ουσία είναι τόσο απασχολημένοι να στροβιλίζονται γύρω από μυστικό, που εμποδίζεται η ανάπτυξη της φυσιολογικής οικογενειακής αλληλεπίδρασης.
Ο πολύς χρόνος που απαιτείται για την πράξη της εχεμύθειας μάλλον μπορεί να είναι τόσο καταστρεπτικός παρά το ίδιο το μυστικό. Τα μυστικά έχουν έναν τρόπο να μας αποσπούν & να μας περικλείουν εκ των έσω. Νομίζω, ότι 1 από τα καλύτερα πράγματα, που μπορεί να κάνεις, είναι να εμπιστευθείς 1 φίλο - ή έναν αριθμό αυτών. Με το που θα ξεκινήσεις να μιλάς ανοιχτά γι' αυτό σε ανθρώπους, που εμπιστεύεσαι, θα αρχίσεις να συνειδητοποιείς, ότι δεν έχεις κανένα λόγο να ντρέπεσαι & θα περιορίσεις την ισχύ του μυστικού.
Μπορεί τότε να αισθανθείς ικανός να μιλήσεις στον πατέρα σου. Δε θα είναι μια εύκολη συνομιλία, αλλά θα δοθεί μια αρχή. Το αν είναι ανάγκη να μιλήσεις στη μητέρα σου τελικά, θα προσδιορισθεί από αυτή τη συζήτηση. Όπου & αν καταλήξεις - θυμήσου, ότι δεν έχεις στους ώμους σου εσύ την ευθύνη για την ερωτική περιπέτεια του μπαμπά σου. Του λες, ότι γνωρίζεις & του ζητάς να σου δώσει κάποια εξήγηση.
Εάν αποδειχθεί, ότι η μητέρα σου δεν έχει ιδέα, μην παγιδευτείς στο παιχνίδι κατηγοριών, εάν σου πει ο μπαμπάς σου, ότι είσαι εσύ που θα "καταστρέψεις την οικογένεια" Είναι μια μυστικότητα, που για άλλη μια φορά απλώνει το περιοριστικό παχύ επικάλυμμα ή επίστρωμα της πάνω σου. Θυμήσου, ότι είναι οι δικές του πράξεις, που σε έχουν φέρει εδώ, όχι οι δικές σου.
